Listened to the entire deluxe edition of Eminem’s new album… Marshall Mathers LP2. I was disappointed with the choruses. Singing on all but two of the songs. I don’t buy rap albums to hear a bunch of singing whether it’s from a rapper or a guest artist. The transitions from verse to chorus was often forced and sounded off. The beats are so so in my opinion, nothing really stood out. With that being said, I doubt you’ll ever hear raps (verses) written and delivered this well ever again. Im thinking of chopping up the audio and taking out all the choruses so it sounds like one long rap all the way through. You definitely should buy the album for the verses alone. Pop in Frank Sinatra if you want singing. Yo!
